On this challenging and varied walk, we will be walking to the starting point of The Lark Valley Path before venturing in to the grounds of Culford School and then onto the quiet villages of Ingham and Timworth. We will find Ampton Point to Point Course and then the iconic Sugar Beet Factory comes into view. With some urban walking to join up the paths, this is a very rewarding walk.

Since becoming an RSPB nature reserve in 1947, more than 6,000 different species of wildlife have been identified at Minsmere. Timed to coincide with the start of the breeding season and peak of spring migration, join us for a guided walk as we celebrate our 75th birthday. Our guides will show you avocets, gulls, terns, warblers, insects and much more, as well as telling you about important moments in Minsmere’s history.
This walk will include visits to the birdwatching hides, where face coverings are recommended. The café and shop will be open after the walk. Children over 8 only. Car parking £FREE
(45) 10:30 am – Circular Walk from St Mary’s Church in Capel via All Saint’s, Little Wenham – Capel St Mary
Behind St Marys Church, Days Green, Capel St Mary IP9 2HZ
A scenic walk starting at St Marys in Capel via All Saints, Little Wenham, one of Suffolk’s best kept secrets hidden up a track past one of the oldest houses in England. All Saints is a 13th century flint church with a Tudor brick topped tower. Behind the altar the walls are alive with medieval paintings such as St Margaret with her dragon and St Catherine with her wheel.
There will be guided tours inside both churches on this walk.
Some paths are uneven and could be muddy with stiles. Car parking £FREE

This easy coastal walk is devised by Shotley Open Spaces and follows a well defined circular route around Shotley Gate from the Bristol Arms pub.
The Bristol Arms pub will be open for food and drink. The HMS Ganges Museum open in the nearby marina. Car parking £FREE
